we know before we have a clear understanding of what’s coming
next. In today’s turbulent times.... how can we stay energized
and productive? This session will explore the current reality of
change in today’s organization and how we can help ourselves,
and those around us, quickly recalibrate expectations and perform
effectively in tough times. Some things we’ll talk about....
- Common “patterns” of change
- Why people resist change
- Simple change principles that promote accountability and resilience
- Explore ineffective behaviors, self-defeating beliefs, assumptions
and actions in tough times.
