How To Apply For The TexShare Card Program

• The application is for librarians only! Library patrons should contact their local TexShare member library to receive a TexShare Card.
• Read the TexShare Card Program Agreement
• Designate your TexShare Card Program Liaison
• Complete the online application form . After you complete the form, a screen will appear that verifies the registration. You will then be re-directed to the TexShare Card Program Participation Agreement form in Adobe format.
• Print out the TexShare Card Program Participation Agreement, and complete the information. Be sure the form is signed and mail it to:
