LIMITATIONS: Texshare borrowers are limited to 4 items from the circulating collections per checkout.

ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers may apply for privileges at any Amarillo Public Library location

CARD AVAILABILITY:Borrowing privileges extend throughout the Amarillo Public Libraries hours of operation

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewals available in person, by phone, email

RETURNS: Materials may be returned to any Amarillo Public Library location to the circulation desks, outdoor book returns, or by mail (postage paid by patron)

OVERDUES: Patrons are mailed one reminder notice and then a bill for lost materials.

RECALLS: Amarillo Public Library does not recall items.

NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference materials, local history collections, genealogy collections

LOAN POLICIES: Length of loans is the same for Texshare borrowers as it is for Amarillo Public Library patrons.

FINES: Fine rates and fees are the same for Texshare patrons as they are for Amarillo Public Library patrons

LOST ITEMS: An item is consider lost after it is 25 days overdue. Patrons are charged a replacement cost plus a processing fee for lost items.

BILLING:Bills may be paid at or mailed to any Amarillo Public Library location
