LIMITATIONS: Circulating books and
audiovisual materials only. Maximum of four items on
loan to any borrower at one time. No renewals. Items
will not be checked out to borrowers with overdue items.
ELIGIBILITY: Apply at the Information
or Circulation Desks during open hours (see Card Availability).
Borrowers must present a valid photo ID, home library card
and TexShare Card. TexShare borrowers will then be issued
a temporary Boerne Public Library card. Children and young
adults under the age of eighteen must secure consent and
signature of parent or legal guardian.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Cards are issued for three
months. If record is in good standing at the end of that period,
card can be renewed. Mon, Tue 9am-8pm Wed, Thu 9am-6pm Fri. 9am-5pm
Sat 9am-3pm.

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: No renewals.
RETURNS: Materials may be returned at the Library or by first
class mail or by any other delivery service, e.g., UPS, FedEx,

OVERDUES: Overdue notices are sent by mail.
RECALLS: n/a
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: New books, graphic novels,
reference, genealogy, rare materials or microforms.
LOAN POLICIES: Books, Books on Tape, Books on
CD: 2 weeks; Videocassettes, DVDs: 1 week.
FINES: Books, Books on Tape: .25 per day; Videocassettes,
DVDs, Books on CD: $1.00 per day. Patron is charged full price for
a damaged or lost item in addition to a $4 processing fee.
LOST ITEMS:
Items are considered lost after
45 days overdue. Patron is charged full price for a damaged
or lost item in addition to a $4 processing fee.
BILLING: Fines may be paid at time of item
return. Bills for lost or damaged items are payable upon receipt.
Items will not be checked out to borrowers with unpaid fines
or bills. The borrower's home library will be notified of
delinquent loans and/or unpaid bills.
