LIMITATIONS: 4 books for two week loan period non-print materials,
reference items, and interlibrary loan items not available
for checkout no borrowing privileges for those with overdue
materials or outstanding fees
ELIGIBILITY: must have Calhoun County Library System card
must have valid Texas driver\'s license or other acceptable
form of address verification

RETURNS: returns to circulation desk or book drop in front

OVERDUES: overdue notices are sent by mail
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: non-print materials reference items
interlibrary loan items
LOAN POLICIES: 4 books for up to 2 weeks
FINES: ten cents per day up to 5.00 per item
LOST ITEMS:
items are considered to be lost when the library
is so notified by the TexShare borrower, or when there is
no response to overdue/bill notification by mail. A replacement
cost will be charged based on the Calhoun County Public Library
System\'s lost book policy in the policy handbook.
BILLING: Payment may be made in person or by mail with cash
or personal check. Payment is due immediately upon notification.
Failure to pay fines, fees, and replacement costs will result
in the restriction and/or revocation of borrowing privileges.
