LIMITATIONS: Only four items can be checked out, and only
two renewals may be acquired. If any item is lost and not
paid for, no other items can be checked out until the item
is paid for in full.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers may apply
for borrowing privileges if the person is in good standing
with the library and has no unpaid bills at the library.
A patron in good standing can apply for a TexShare card
at the front desk in the library. The patron needs to
have a current Texas driver's license.

The library is closed for all federal holidays.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewal method can
be either in person on by phone.
RETURNS: The borrowers must return the items to the same
desk where they were checked out, to our book drop, or by
mail. There are no categories of materials that have special

OVERDUES: Our library will remind the borrowers of overdue
materials by phone, or mail.
RECALLS: The due date nor fine rate should not change upon
recall.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reserved books or reference books
will not be allowed to be checked out. Patrons will have to
look at these books in the library.
LOAN POLICIES: Books may be checked out for a two week period;
books on tape can be checked out for a two week period, and
videos can be checked out for a three day period.
FINES: Fines will be .05 a day for overdue books, books on
tape, and videos. Any damaged item must be replaced at the
cost the library would be out to replace the item.
LOST ITEMS:
The item is lost if it has been out a period
of two months. The price listed in our accession book for
the item shall be the price charged the patron.
BILLING: Bills are due upon notification
from the library to the patron. Payments can be either
brought to the library in person or mailed to the library.
Failure to pay would mean loss of library privileges
until the debt is paid.
