application. Driver's license or parent/guardian's driver
license or other photo ID required.
CHECK-OUT CARD AVAILABILITY: Borrowing
privileges during regular hours of operation and privileges
must be renewed yearly.

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewal in
person or by phone.
RETURNS: Returns in person, outside
bookdrop, or mail.
RETURNS BY U.S. MAIL:

OVERDUES: Overdue notices are sent
by mail.
RECALLS: Phone and/or letter for recalls.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference and curriculum videos.
LOAN POLICIES: 2 weeks; 3 days for
magazines, VHS, DVD, CD.
FINES: $1.00/day for VHS, DVD
$0.10/day for books, audio tapes, CD's, magazines
LOST ITEMS: Replacement cost.
BILLING: Payment is made at the circulation desk. No checkout
of any items until bill is paid.
