RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS: TexShare
borrowers are eligible for privileges upon presentation
of a valid TexShare Card issued by their home library
and a current photo ID. Children and young adults under
the age of eighteen must secure consent and signature
of parent or legal guardian. Limit 2 items until it
is established that materials are brought back in a
timely manner.
ELIGIBILITY: If they have a current
TexShare card, we will honor that along with a picture
ID and children and young adults under eighteen must
have their parents permission and their photo ID before
privileges will be extended.
CHECK-OUT CARD AVAILABILITY: Regular
hours are:Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM with one hour closed for
lunch. Closed Saturday and Sunday and all posted holidays.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri, 9AM to
12:00 and 1:00 to 5PM.
RENEWALS: Materials may be renewed
in person on by telephoning as long as they are in good
standing and no one else is waiting for materials checked
out.
RETURNS: Books may be returned through
the book drop unless they are very heavy books or audio
books. They are to be returned to check-out desk so
that they can be checked back in to the system before
reshelving.

OVERDUE REMINDERS: overdue notice

NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: reference,
rare books, automobile manuals,
LOAN POLICIES: 2 weeks for all items
FINES AND FEES: $.05 per day after
2 day grace period.
LOST ITEMS: Price of item, any fines
that are due, and $3.00 processing fee.
BILLING INFORMATION: Payment must
be made to the library in person or by mail. All privileges
are suspended until this is all cleared up. |
