LIMITATIONS: Patrons may borrow only 3 videos per household.
Local History and Reference Collections do not circulate.
Patrons with outstanding fines or overdue materials may not
check out additional materials.
ELIGIBILITY: Patrons may apply at the library and should
provide proof of residency with a current valid Texas drivers
licenses, a current utility bill, or current cancelled piece
of mail. When borrowing videos the patron must sign a video
borrower's agreement form.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Patrons may borrow materials anytime during
the library's normal operating hours. Cards should be renewed
annually.

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewals may be made in person at the
circulation desk, or via phone or email notification.
RETURNS: Materials may be returned at the circulation desk
or in the book return box located on W. Prairie Lea Street

OVERDUES: Overdue and fine notices are sent by mail and are
generated each Friday. Three notices are sent.
RECALLS: No recalls.

LOAN POLICIES:
Books and Audios 14 days
Videos 3 days
FINES: Book and audio fines are accessed at .10 per day per
item. Video fines are accessed at $1.00 per day per item.
Fines not to exceed $10 per item.
LOST ITEMS:
Lost materials are paid for at retail value,
plus a non-refundable $5 processing fee.
BILLING: We send no bills for lost or damaged materials
