LIMITATIONS: TexShare cardholders are limited
to one item at first time check-out. On second visit
TexShare holders may check out up to five items. Reference
and genealogy materials do not circulate.
ELIGIBILITY: Borrower must have valid drivers
license and proof of address. TexShare borrowers must
also present a valid TexShare Card. Dublin Library Cards
will expire one year from issue date or from the date
the TexShare Card expires, neither being over one year.
Patrons must have a record of no overdues, fines, etc.
when applying for a TexShare card.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Cards will be issued
during regular business hours to anyone 18 years of
age or older.
HOURS:
Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Closed Sunday and Monday
Closed on major holidays.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewals by e-mail,
telephone or in person. Videos and DVDs may not be renewed.
RETURNS: Items may be returned to circulation desk, place
in outdoor bookdrop or mail. MAIL RETURN:

OVERDUES: Overdue notice sent by mail when over 2 weeks due
date has expired.
RECALLS: Borrower will be notified by phone or email. Fine
rate or due date is the same.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference, Genealogy, Texas Reference,
Junior Reference, microfilm, Family Tree Maker CD-Roms\'s
LOAN POLICIES: 2 week + 2 week renewal for a total of 4 weeks
per item. Videos are only 1 day loans Bestsellers, new materials,
special materials may not be renewed.
FINES: Fine are 10 cents a day per item for all materials
except videos. Videos are $1.00 per day fine. Damaged materials
are fined $1.00 for minor damage such as loss of barcode or
spine label. If material is damaged beyond library usage the
borrower must pay cost of item.
LOST ITEMS:
Cost of lost items will be retail value of materials
library has purchased. Videos are $25.00 and other materials
vary in cost. Borrowers may replace the item with exact same
item if they prefer.

Failure to pay bills after one month, borrower will be citated
by City of Dublin and may be fined up to $250.00.
