LIMITATIONS: Texshare borrowers are
allowed to check-out up to five (5)books for three (3)
media items.
ELIGIBILITY: Applicant must be an
adult Forest Hill Library Card holder (16 or over) with
a Resident or Annual Card. Applicant must have the card
for a minimum of six (6) months and a good standing
record with the library (no overdue items and no fines
at the time of application)
HOURS:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Saturday: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Materials, except
for DVD's, may be renewed in person.
RETURNS: Items may be returned in
person to the Forest Hill Public Library or at the book
drop. No Media materials should be returned to the book
drop.
MAIL RETURN: N/A
OVERDUES: N/A
RECALLS: Patron's TexShare Card may
be invalidated should patron keep materials beyond the
normal loan period or incur fees that are not cleared
up within 90 days.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference
materials will not circulate outside the library.
LOAN POLICIES: Texshare borrowers
are allowed to check-out books for three (3) weeks and
media for one (1) week.
FINES: Overdue books: $0.25 per day
per book; Overdue DVD's: $1.00 per day; Overdue Book
on CD's: $0.50 per day per audiobook
LOST ITEMS: Patrons will be charged
the price of the item plus a $10.00 precessing fee.
BILLING: Library card privileges
will be suspended when borrower has an outstanding fine
of $5.00 or more. To be able to check out materials
again, borrower's fine must be below $5.00. Borrowers
must pay cash and they are able to pay as much as then
want when visiting the library.
