LIMITATIONS: Patrons are limited to
6 books or audio books per library card. Patrons are
limited to 3 videos or dvds per family. Renew limit
is 3 times.
ELIGIBILITY: Borrowers must fill out
an application with current drivers license and birth
date information.
CARD AVAILABILITY: TexShare borrowers
have the same borrowing privileges as other patrons.
All cards must be renewed every 3 years.
HOURS:
Mondays 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Library is closed for all National Holidays.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewals are
available in person, by phone, or by e-mail.
RETURNS: Items are returned in the
overnight drop box or at the circulation desk.

RECALLS:No policy on return notices.
We usually send out notices for excessive overdues,
but have not policy.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference items
are not circulated.
LOAN POLICIES: Books and audios due
back two weeks from date of checkout. Videos are due
back 2 days from date of checkout.
FINES: Fines are $ .20 per day for
each day late for books and audios. Videos are $1.00
per day for each day late.
LOST ITEMS: Items are deemed lost
after patron notification of lost item or if the item
is not returned to library. Replacement cost are charged
for lost items.
BILLING: Bills are due at the time
the time is returned to the library or when item is
deemed lost. Payment are made at the library or may
be mailed to P O Box 579 Mt. Vernon, Texas 7547.
