LIMITATIONS:  Texshare users may check out 2 times per visit. Privileges are barred if materials are not returned or if bills exceed $5.00

ELIGIBILITY:  TexShare participants may apply for usage at the front circulation desk. A valid TexShare card plus a photo id must be presented.

CARD AVAILABILITY:  Borrowing privileges are granted during all regular library hours.

HOURS:  
Monday thru Friday 10 am - 6 pm
Saturday 10am-4pm.
Library is closed on most major holidays.

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS:  Items may be renewed twice by any of the following methods----phone, email,in person.

RETURNS:  Items may be returned at the front circulation desk, by mail, or by night return. Media items may not be returned in the night return.

OVERDUES: Overdue notices are sent one month after not returned. A second and third reminder is sent out prior to any further action.

RECALLS: Recalls may be made by the librarian by phone. The due date and fine do not change, renewals will be denied.

NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS:  Reference items, genealogy items, local history items and other materials marked as reference.

LOAN POLICIES: TexShare borrowers receive the same due dates as regular patrons. 3 weeks on books, 3 days on videos, etc.

FINES: Fine rates are the same as regular patrons, 10 cents per day on books, $1.00 per day on media.

LOST ITEMS: A flat rate of $15.00 for adult books or $10.00 for children's books.

BILLING: Payment is due before additional items may be checked out. Payment can be made at the front circulation desk or by mail.

ADDITIONAL: Standard library circulation procedures will be used.
