LIMITATIONS:
TexShare card holders may check out 3 items for a 2 week period,
with one renewal. Videotapes may be checked out for 3 days.
Periodicals, microfilm, reference books, and CD-ROMS's cannot
be checked out. Borrowing privileges will be suspended if
two or more items are overdue; materials are overdue more
than four weeks; fines have not been paid; or library notices
have been returned as undeliverable.
ELIGIBILITY:
TexShare borrowers should bring their TexShare card and a
photo ID to the circulation desk.

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS:
Materials may be renewed by phone (903.463.8637) or in person.
RETURNS:
Borrowers are responsible for returning materials by the due
date to the lending library. The borrower may return items
to the circulation desk or by first class (insured) mail.

OVERDUES:
Overdue notices are sent as a courtesy by mail when the materials
are one week overdue. It is the responsibility of the borrower
to maintain a current address with the Library.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS:
Reference books, microfilm, periodicals.
LOANS:
The checkout period for print materials is two weeks, with
one renewal. Videotapes are checked out for three days. There
is a limit of three items.
FINES:
The fine for regular, circulating books is $0.10/day. Videotapes
and other 3-day checkout items are fined at the rate of $1.00/day.
Reserve materials have a $0.60/hour late charge.
LOST ITEMS:
If materials are lost, a $10.00 processing charge is added
to the cost of the item. Materials are considered lost if
not returned within 6 months of the due date.
BILLING:
Fines may be paid at the circulation desk where the materials
were borrowed. The cardholder may also mail payment for fines.
Borrowing privileges will be revoked if fines are not paid.
