LIMITATIONS: Borrowers are limited to ten books checked out
and four movies. Also, borrowers privileges are suspended
until overdue materials are returned and fines are paid.
ELIGIBILITY: Photo Identification Card Required and a current
bill with a current address needs to be listed. Prior to a
minor being registered, a parent or guardian must first register.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Same as hours of operation.
HOURS: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewal of borrowed materials may be
done via phone ONE time only, thereafter patron must physically
come into the library for renewal, and renewal granted only
if there is not a waiting list for the material.
RETURNS: When the library is closed all items on loan, except
videos, may be returned in the drop box that can be accessed
from the outside of the library. During regular business hours
borrowed materials may be returned at the circulation desk

OVERDUES: Overdue reminders are sent by regular mail, unless
patron has specifically stated other method of prefered to
be used.
RECALLS: NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: The library has reference
materials, as well as a vertical file that may be used within
the library during regular business hours. These items are
not available for patrons to check out.
LOAN POLICIES: The typical loan policy is for two week periods
unless prior arrangements are made and annotated. Movies are
loaned for a period of two days unless other arrangements
are made and annotated.
FINES: All materials loaned are charged a rate of .25 a day
starting on the following day of the specified due date. Videos
are $1.00 a day starting the following date of the specified
due date. Exceptions can occur and are at the discretion of
the Library Staff.
LOST ITEMS:
If borrowed item(s) cannot be found, are considered
to be damaged beyond repair the item(s) is considered lost
and the patron is responsible for the cost of the item(s).
The library charges the patron the libraries cost of that
item.
BILLING: Only bills that are considered due and the responsibility
of patrons are lost or overdue fees. Bills become due upon
patrons return of borrowed items, or when it is discovered
that an item is lost. Failure to pay will result in borrowing
privileges to be suspended.
