LIMITATIONS:
Texshare patrons are limited to 2 items at a time for
a two week period. Texshare patrons may not borrow videos,
reference materials, reserve materials, diskettes or
CDs.
ELIGIBILITY:
Bring your current student ID, or library card and photo
ID, along with your TexShare card to the Circulation
Desk.
CARD AVAILABILITY:
Mon-Thurs: 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (We will verify status
with home library.) Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Sunday:
2-4.
HOURS:
M-Th: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.;
Fri: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Sun: 2-5.
Library is closed for holidays, including Christmas
break and spring break. Summer hours are shorter than
Fall/Spring semester hours.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS:
Online, phone, email, in person.
RETURNS:
Return items to the Circulation Desk, or the drop boxes
outside the library.

OVERDUES:
Overdue notices by mail.
RECALLS:
If a book is needed back immediately for a KC teacher or student,
a recall will be sent. In that case, the item will be expected
back within 5 working days.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS:
Videos, Reference materials, Reserve materials, maps,
CDs, Diskettes. New items for the first 90 days on the
shelf may only be checked out to KC students, faculty
and employees.
LOANS:
2 weeks
FINES:
Fine: 25 cents per item, per day
Damaged materials: replacement cost plus processing
fee and any late fees.
LOST ITEMS:
Replacement cost, plus processing fee and any late fees.
BILLING:
Fines/fees are due at time of return of book. If necessary,
a reminder will be sent to patron and is considered a bill
to be paid immediately.
