LIMITATIONS: TexShare Card holder
must be in good standing, with no overdue items or outstanding
fines. Must have a Kinney County Library Card.
ELIGIBILITY: Applications are available
at the circulation desk. Must have a valid Texas Driver's
License or other form of photo ID and their library
card. HOURS:
9:00-5:00 Monday & Friday
10:00-6:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Materials may
be renewed twice; either in person, over the phone or
by e-mail.
RETURNS: Materials may be returned
at the circulation desk during hours of operation, the
book drop or by mail.

OVERDUES: Reminders will be made by
phone call, mail, or e-mail.
RECALLS: Patrons with reserved items
may be contacted by phone or mail to recall reserved
items.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference, local
history and items marked "In House Use Only".
LOAN POLICIES: Two weeks for books
and audios and three days for videos.
FINES: Ten cents a day for books and
audios. Fifty cents a day for videos.
LOST ITEMS: Items are considered
lost when the library is notified by the patron, or
when 90 days has passed with no response to overdue
notifications by patron. Charge for lost items is the
retail replacement of the item.
BILLING: Payment on lost items or
overdue fines may be paid in person or by mail to the
Kinney County Public Library.
