RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS: Patrons are restricted to 3 items for 2 weeks. Items may be renewed 1 time for an additional 2 weeks..

ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers need to provide a current Texas drivers license.

CHECK-OUT CARD AVAILABILITY: Normal Operating Hours. Borrowing privileges must be renewed once a year.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Closed Thursdays and Sundays.

RENEWALS: Renewals may be made in person, by phone, by fax or by e-mail (circulation@krumlibrary.org)

RETURNS: Materials may be returned in person, in the outside drop box, or by mail.

OVERDUE REMINDERS: Patrons with overdues will be contacted by phone, e-mail or U.S. mail.

RECALLS: Patrons with items that have been recalled will be notifed by phone, e-mail and/or U.S. mail. Items will not be renewed, but the original due date will not be changed.

NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference and some special collections will not circulate.

LOAN POLICIES: All items can be checked out for a two week period of time, and can be renewed via phone, email, or in person. Renewal length of time is for another two weeks.

FINES AND FEES: All items (books, audio, and video) are charged a late fee of $.20 per day. $2.00 is charged for the loss/reissue of a library card.

LOST ITEMS: An item is considered lost when it is one month overdue. The charge for the lost item is replacement cost, plus $2.00 handling/cataloging fee.

BILLING INFORMATION: Payment of bills to be made to the Krum Public Library, PO BOX 780, Krum, TX, 76249. Bills are due upon notice. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in cancellation of TexShare card and Krum Library Card.
