LIMITATIONS: No limit on number of items checked out, except
in the nonfiction where it is five items per subject. TexShare
borrowers will be treated just as Mansfield borrowers.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers should bring in TexShare
card, current Texas driver\'s license and a second proof
of address.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Regular hours of operation.

Sunday Closed
Closed on some City holidays.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Patrons may renew
in person or over the phone. Return 24 hours a day through
the book return outside the building and in the foyer.

EXPRESS MAIL: Same as U.S. Mail.
OVERDUES: Overdue notice will be sent.
RECALLS: We do not recall items, just don't renew items
that have a reserve on them. Due dates and fees do not change.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference materials
(REF)and periodicals do not circulate.
LOAN POLICIES: 14 days, same for TexShare
and out-of-city borrowers as for residents.
FINES: $.25 per day for books, $2.00 per day for videos,
$.50 per day for ILL materials.
LOST ITEMS: Item is lost when it is not
returned after 180 days. Charge is retail price of the item
plus $10 processing fee.
BILLING: Bills must be paid within 10 days of receipt by
the patron, payable at the Library or by mail to the Library,
borrowing privileges suspended until settled.
