RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS: New patrons
are limited to 2 items for a checkout period of 14 days.
Items can be renewed for an additional 14 days. Patrons
must be in good standing with their home library.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers need
to supply a picture Id along with their TexShare Card
and their Card from their Home Library during Library
hours at the checkout desk.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday 1-6
Tuesday 9-12 & 1-6
Wednesday, closed
Thursday 9-12 & 1-6
Friday 1-6
Saturday 9-1 &
Sunday closed.
RENEWALS: Renewals may be made in
person or over the telephone 806-259-2062
RETURNS: Returns may be made in person,
placed in the outside drop box after hours, or mailed
to the library.

OVERDUE REMINDERS: Overdue notices
will be mailed.
RECALLS: If material is needed by
another patron no renewal will be given and material
needs to return by the original due date.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference
LOAN POLICIES: 14 days
FINES AND FEES: No fines or fees charged,
replacement cost plus a $5.00 processing fee for lost
or damaged material. Replacement cost being the present
cost of materials in the market place.
LOST ITEMS: Lost items are charged
at replacement cost plus a $5.00 processing fee. Replacement
cost being the cost of the material in today's market
price.
BILLING INFORMATION: Bills are payable
at Memphis Public Library,303 S. 8th Street, Memphis,
Texas 79245, in person or by mail. Privileges will be
revoked until bills are paid. The Library issuing the
Texshare card will be notified of outstanding bills.
