LIMITATIONS: TexShare users are limited to two (2) books.
Books may be renewed if not previously requested by another
user.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers are eligible for privileges
upon presentation of a TexShare card issued by their home
library and a photo ID. TexShare borrowers may be issued a
temporary card. Anyone under 18 must secure consent and signature
of parent or legal guardian.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Previleges are granted and cards issued
during all regular hours of operation.
HOURS:
Tuesday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday & Monday: Closed
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Books may be renewed one time in person,
phone, fax, or email. Renewals are for four weeks.
RETURNS: Materials may be returned in the book drop beside
the East entrance, at the circulation desk inside, or by mail.
MAIL RETURN:

Mineola, TX 75773 EXPRESS MAIL: Same as above
OVERDUES: Overdue reminders are sent out approximately 10
days after the due date. Notices for outstanding overdue fees
are also mailed.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Only books from the circulating collection
will be loaned.
LOAN POLICIES: Books circulate for four weeks. New books
circulate for two weeks.
FINES: $.25 per day on books, up to $10
per item.
LOST ITEMS:
If materials are lost or damaged, the borrower
will be charged the price of the item plus a $5 non-refundable
processing fee.
BILLING: Bills are due upon receipt. Make checks or money
orders payable to Mineola Memorial Library. Borrowing privileges
are suspended until materials are returned or payment is made.

site. 12 months - expiration of Texshare card.
