LIMITATIONS: New Patrons are limited
to a single item first visit. After that time the Library's
limit of four items per card may be borrowed unless
otherwise indicated. Reference materials, Texana, rare
books, current periodicals, genealogy and CD software
are for in-library use only.Interlibrary loan privileges
are not available to Texshare cards. The Use of the
library may be denied for due cause. Failure to abide
by the rules of operation or interference with the service
to others may be considered sufficient grounds to effect
suspension of Library privileges.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers are eligible for privileges
upon presentation of a TexShare Card issued by their home
library and a photo ID. A temporary account will be opened
for use. Minors under the age of eighteen must secure consent
and signature of legal parent or guardian.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Cards are issued at librarian availability.
Card holders privileges are available during all regular hours
of operation.

Mon., Wed. - Fri. --9:30 to 5:30
Tues. -- 12:30 to 5:30
Sat. -- 10:00 to 1:00
Hours remain the same unless closed for Holiday, etc.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Materials may be renewed before current
due date for a two week period if no reserves or holds have
been placed on the materials. Renewals may be made in person
or by phone.
RETURNS: All materials may be returned during regular hours
at the circulation desk or by mail. Print materials may be
returned in the book drop at any time. Videos, audios, or
other electronic materials may not be returned in the book

OVERDUES: No overdue reminders will be sent.
At 30 days overdue the item will be considered lost
with replacement cost plus $3.00 processing fee per
item will expected or the immediate return of materials.
RECALLS: No recalls will be made as all
Items are expected to be returned by due date. Items
on reserve are nonrenewable.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference materials,
rare books, current periodicals, genealogy materials,
CDs, or special reserves do not circulate. LOAN POLICIES: The loan period is 14 days
for print materials and audio-books, Three days for
videos or music CDs. One week grace is allowed for mailed
items.
FINES: There are no fines for over dues at this time but
a donation would be appreciated. Fees for damaged or lost
materials are based on replacement cost and $3.00 per item
processing. Photocopies are ten cents per sheet and must comply
with copyright laws.
LOST ITEMS:
An item is considered lost when one month overdue.
A charge equal to replacement cost plus $3.00 processing will
be due at that time.
