RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS: TexShare
borrowers may access the Circulating collection only,
and can check-out up to 3 books. Books have a 21 day
check-out period and only one renewal per check-out
is allowed. If outstanding fines exist, the TexShare
borrower may not check-out any more material until fines
are paid.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare borrowers may
apply for borrowing privileges at the Circulation Desk.
TexShare card and photo ID are required.
CHECK-OUT CARD AVAILABILITY: Borrowing
privileges are granted and cards are issued to TexShare
borrowers during all library hours of operation.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Fall and Spring

Mon –Thurs 7:45AM – 10 PM (for Community
Patrons)
Fri 7:45AM - 4PM
Sat 12:15– 4PM
Sun 3:15PM – 10PM
Holiday and Summer Hours
Mon – Thurs 7:45 AM – 5 PM
Fri 7:45AM – 4PM
RENEWALS: Renewals may be made either
in person or over the telephone. Only one renewal is
allowed per check-out. Once books are overdue, renewals
must be made in person.
RETURNS: Books may be returned to
the Circulation Desk during library hours. A Book Drop
is available for after-hours returns.
RETURNS BY U.S. MAIL: Books may be
returned by mail to:

OVERDUE REMINDERS: Overdue notices
are sent by mail.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference,
Special Collections, Periodicals and Audiovisual Materials.
LOAN POLICIES: The length of loan
is 21 calendar days.
FINES AND FEES: The fine rate is $.25
a day per book. A $ 60.00 lost book fee is charged for
all non- returned books (assessed at 28 days).
LOST ITEMS: An item is considered
lost when it is 28 days past due and a $60.00 fine is
then charged to the TexShare Borrower.
BILLING INFORMATION: Fines must be
paid to the Circulation Desk. If fines are not paid
they will be passed on to the TexShare Participant's
institution and borrowing privileges will be suspended.
