LIMITATIONS: Patrons are allowed to check out up
to 4 hardbacks for 14 days as long as they aren\'t new
releases. Renewals
may be done by phone.
ELIGIBILITY: All applicates can apply at the library,photo
ID is required. Children under 16 will need a parent.
CARD AVAILABILITY: During regular business hours.
HOURS: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 6:00(March thru November
1st)and 8:00to 5:30 from november 1st to March 1st.)
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Renewals can be done by phone, but
only up to 2 times. New Releases cannot be renewed.
RETURNS: Returns can be turned in at the
checkout desk.
MAIL RETURN: U.S. Mail has also been used
to return books
OVERDUES: Overdues are sent out once
a month. Patrons with overdues cannot checkout any material
until they handle the
overdue situation.
RECALLS: By Mail and due date or fine rate does
not change.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference Material
or Computer Softwear.
LOAN POLICIES:14 days is allowed for TexShare patrons, Schools
and faculty are sometimes different depending on their needs.
FINES:For damaged materials the replacement cost. Late fee\'s
are determined on what the material is.
LOST ITEMS: If an item is not returned in 6 months,
It is logged as lost. And what ever it cost to replace
the lost
item.
BILLING: Fines can be paid in person or mailed to Library.
And Patrons lose their library privilages.
