OVERDUES: As a matter of courtesy, a phone call is made when an item is overdue. Failure to receive a phone call does not absolve charges. It is the borrower's responsibility to make sure the LRC has a current phone number in order to contact the patron. The LRC does not call outside the local dialing area. In some cases, a letter or postcard reminder will be sent. In those cases, a charge for postage is added to the patron's record.

LOST ITEMS: Items will be presumed lost four weeks after the due date. Borrowers with lost items will be charged replacement cost of the item, a $10.00 processing fee, and any fines accrued.

BILLING: Fees, fines, and replacement costs are paid at the circulation desk and are due upon receipt. All fees are payable in cash, preferably in exact change. Failure to clear record will suspend all borrowing costs and the issuing library will be notified.
