LIMITATIONS: Circulation privileges only. Does not include Interlibrary Loan Services or off-site access to the library electronic databases. Privileges will be suspended for non-return of items by the due date or failure to pay billed charges.

ELIGIBILITY: Bring TexShare library card and a photo ID to the circulation desk.

EXPIRATION: Students: Cards expire no later that the end of the current semester. Faculty and staff: Cards expire no later than the end of the fiscal year.

LIBRARY HOURS:

Monday through Thursday: 7:30am - 12:00am
Friday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm to 12:00am

Note: Library hours will vary during final exams, the summer session, and between semesters. To check library hours, call (254) 968-9937.

RESTRICTIONS: Privileges will be suspended for non-return of recall items by due date or failure to pay billed charges.

RENEWALS: Must be made in person, and only for items NOT requested for recall or hold.

RETURNS: Borrowers are responsible for returning materials by the due date. The responsibility ends when the materials are checked in at the circulation deskfrom which they were originally checked out. Return receipts are issued upon request for item returned in person. Materials may not be returned through Interlibrary Loan. Borrowers are encouraged to return items in person. If this is not possible, items should be mailed to the following address:

OVERDUES: Overdue notices will be sent via email when provided.

RECALLS: $5.00 penalty for each recalled item returned after the 7 day grace period, plus $1.00 for each additional day (including weekends).

BILLING: Payment due upon billing.

NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference material, periodicals, archival/limited collection, reserve items, records.

LOAN_POLICIES:
Faculty: Loan: Semester for general collection.
Staff and Students: Loan: 28 days for general collection and 7 days for Education collection.

LOAN PERIODS AND CHARGES: Borrowers are responsible for library materials until they are checked in at the circulation desk from which they were checked out. Materials returned after the desk closes may not be recorded as checked in until the next day the library is open. The circulation desk is closed 15 minutes before the library closes.

FINES: A fine of $.10 per day is assessed for each overdue item. The library does offer a one-day grace period.

LOST ITEMS: $10.50 processing fee and replacement cost of item. An item is presumed lost if the item is not returned or renewed.

MAXIMUM COST: There is no maximum fine or replacement cost.
