TexShare cardholders may have 5 items checked out at
one time. No renewals. Cardholders may check out materials
from the circulating monograph and Government Document
collections. Borrowing privileges will be suspended
if the cardholder has overdue or lost items. The home

or in the library and the TexShare databases while in
the library.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare cardholders should apply for borrowing
privileges at the Circulation Desk, first floor, Mary Couts

they are issued a TCU borrowing card. This card always expires
at the end of the TCU term or session in which it was issued.
CHECK-OUT CARD AVAILABILITY: All applications
and renewals must be processed before 9:00 pm. Renewal
of privileges for the next semester requires a new valid
TexShare card from the home institution. A review of
the patron record will be made at that time to determine
if it is cleared of charges and fines.
