LIMITATIONS: Checkout privileges for TexShare card holders
do not include access to Interlibrary Loan, reserve readings,
special collections, or to electronic resources restricted
by licensing agreements. TexShare patrons may not borrow audiovisual
materials or musical scores. Loan privileges are suspended
for patrons with expired cards, overdues, and unpaid fines.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare cardholders should apply for borrowing
privileges at the Circulation Desk, first floor, Mary Couts
Burnett Library. After presenting a current/valid TexShare
card and driver\'s license and completing a registration form,
they are issued a TCU borrowing card. This card always expires
at the end of the TCU term or session in which it was issued.
CARD AVAILABILITY: All applications and renewals must be
processed before 10:00 pm. Renewal of privileges for the next
semester requires a new valid TexShare card from the home
institution. A review of the patron record will be made at
that time to determine if it is cleared of charges and fines.
HOURS: Library hours fluctuate with the academic calendar
and are updated on our web site at http://lib.tcu.edu. TexShare
faculty and graduate students are admitted all hours the libray
is open. Undergraduates and Public Library visitors are admitted
to the library from opening until 5:00 pm on weekdats, all
day Saturdays, but not on weeknights or Sundays.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: No renewals
RETURNS: TexShare borrowers are responsible for returning
books on or by the date due. They must be returned in person
or by registered or first class mail. If materials are returned
when the library is closed, there are drop boxes located at
the front and back of the building for 24 hour return.
MAIL RETURN:
Circulation Department TCU Library, 2913 West

OVERDUES: The borrower is responsible for returning books
by their due dates. The TCU Library sends overdue notices
as a courtesy and accepts no responsibility for a late or
undelivered notice.
RECALLS: All books are subject to recall. When a book is
recalled, the due date specified on the recall notice replaces
the original due date. Fines for overdue recalled books are
$1.00 per day per book.

the TCU Financial Services Office in Sadler Hall, Room 104.
