LIMITATIONS: Adults have a limit of 8 books, Young Adults
have a limit of 5 books, ILL books is 3. When a patron owes
a fine or has an overdue book, we do not circulate books to
anyone, until fine is paid or book is returned. ELIGIBILITY: Application form available at circulation desk
with a valid I.D. card. CARD AVAILABILITY: 9am-7pm on Mon., Tues, & Thurs.
10am-6pm (WED.) and 9am-5pm (FRI.)
HOURS: 9am-7pm(Mon.,Tues.,Thurs.) 10am-6pm(Wed.)
9am-5pm(Fri.)9am-1pm(Sat.)2nd&4th only.
Hours are subject to change during holidays and summer,
but are posted. RENEWAL OF MATERIALS:By person and by phone. RETURNS: At circulation desk or outside drop box. MAIL RETURN:

Van Horn, Tx 79855 OVERDUES: overdue notice sent by mail RECALLS: Do not recall any items. When materials are returned
it will be put on hold for someone else. NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: There are some reference materials
that do not circulate. LOAN POLICIES: All materials are allowed to patrons are for
2 weeks only.
FINES: Overdue 10 cents per day and
damaged materials assessed at time of return.
LOST ITEMS: An item is considered to be lost when it is gone
for more than a year. We charge the value of the book. BILLING: No circulating materials to anyone who has not paid
overdue fines or lost/damaged books. The use of Internet access
is prohibited as well.
