RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS: 3 books on TexShare card. Books must be returned at desk or mailed back by insured mail. Ref. or Gen. books not checked out. Borrowers will be blocked if have overdue book.

ELIGIBILITY: Must apply with librarian (the director). Must have driver's license or other current ID.

CHECK-OUT CARD AVAILABILITY: Cards issued on Tues. or Thursday mornings and evenings (5:00 -7;00,) or Wed, Fri, and Sat. afternoons. Borrowing privileges at circulation desk during all open hours. Card must be current each year. Each patron must re-register every two years, beg. FY '08.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Regular hours (Fall, Winter, Spring)
Tues-10:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Wed: 10-7:30 p.m.
Thurs. 10:00 - 7:30 p.m.(subject to change in '08)
Fri: 10:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Sat: 10:00 3:00 p.m.

See summer hours below as to change from the regular hours --
Summer hours change-- open til 8;00 on Wed & Thurs. nights (Wed night subject to change in '08)
Fri. close at 4:00
We close for some holidays and during holiday week-ends, e.g. Thanksgiving.

RENEWALS: Renewal in person or by telephone.

RETURNS: Return at ciruclation desk or in drop box. Large or thick books should be returned at desk.

OVERDUE REMINDERS: no reminder at present on regular basis; random reminders by phone, e-mail, or mail.

RECALLS: No renewal after renewed once if item has been called for.

NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference and genealogy (few books only) and some over-sized books.

LOAN POLICIES: 2 weeks, with one renewal only is preferred.

FINES AND FEES: All fines are 15 cents per day per book, with a $5.00 limit. (subject to change in FY '08)

LOST ITEMS: "lost" when patron determines item cannot be found-- after 3 months. book must be replacaed at current replacement cost plus $2:00 for processing.

BILLING INFORMATION: Bills are due immediately upon being overdue by two weeks, if determinend lost. Patron is blocked for check-out if book has been lost and not paid for.
