LIMITATIONS: TexShare cardholders
may check 2 items from the circulating collection. Cardholders
must be at least 18 years of age. Privileges may be
revoked for non-payment of charges or misuse(abuse)
of materials.
ELIGIBILITY: TexShare cardholders
must bring a VALID card and Driver's License to the
Circulation Desk.

Weds., Fri., Sat.8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

RENEWAL OF MATERIALS:
No renewals for TexShare cardholders
RETURNS: Materials borrowed must be
returned on or before the due date to: Ward County Library,
409 S. Dwight Ave., Monahans, TX. 79756

OVERDUES: One overdue notice will
be sent to cardholder and one notice to the Library
from which the card was issued.
NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference materials,
videos, periodicals, specially marked items(reading
list books and McNaughton lease books).
LOAN POLICIES: Loan period is 14 days.
FINES: 5 cents per day per item. Payment
due immediately in person or by mail.
LOST ITEMS: $5.00 processing fee
plus replacement cost for each non-returned or damaged
item.
BILLING: Payment may be made to Ward
County Library. If cardholder does not pay, the Library
issuing the card will be billed.
ADDITIONAL: This policy is also for
Loan Star borrowers. Loan Star borrowers will have no
card issued but must present valid picture ID which
will suffice as a borrowing card.
