LIMITATIONS: All print and audio items check out
for two weeks and are eligible for renewal once if no
other patron has placed a reserve or hold.
Movies check out for one week and cannot be renewed.
Circulation is limited to 5 movies, 5 audiobooks, 10
music CDs and 30 items total per borrower.
A borrower is not eligible to check out materials if
there is an overdue item or a fine in excess of $5 indicated
for his/her household.
ELIGIBILITY: Applications may be obtained
and returned completed to the library in person. Applicants
must have valid photo identification and proof of current
address. Applicants under 18 must have a parent present
and that parent must present valid photo ID and proof
of address.
WBCL cardholders who wish to obtain a Texshare card
from WBCL must meet eligibility requirements including
6 months of borrowing history at WBCL and a household
clear of fines and overdue items.
CARD AVAILABILITY: Cards are usually available
immediately. Primary check-out is limited to 5 items
and 0 movies.

Monday-Wednesday 12-8pm
Thursday-Friday 10-6pm
Saturday-Sunday 1-6pm
The library is closed on the following holidays and, on occasion,
linked days: New Year's Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July
4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day plus the day after Thanksgiving
Day, and Christmas Day.
RENEWAL OF MATERIALS: Eligible materials
may be renewed in person, by phone, or through the online
catalog.
RETURNS: All materials may be returned inside the library
at the circulation counter or outside in the outside book
return or also may be mailed to the library.

EXPRESS MAIL: Same

OVERDUES: Patrons with overdue materials
can be contacted by phone, email, or postal mail.
RECALLS: A borrower may be notified by telephone or by letter
that an item has been recalled. No circulation conditions
change upon recall. NON-CIRCULATING ITEMS: Reference and other designated media
do not circulate. LOAN POLICIES: Standard loan policies apply equally to all
borrowers.
FINES: Overdue fines accrue at the
rate of $0.25/day for print materials, $0.50 /day for
audio materials, and $1/day for movies.
Any borrower identified as having overdue materials
or unpaid fines greater than $5 in the household may
not check out any other materials until all accounts
are cleared.
Borrowers must reimburse the library for lost or damaged
items for the current cost of an item through one of
the library's chosen vendors.
LOST ITEMS: Library media is considered lost when overdue
and unreturned after notification.
BILLING: Payment can be made in person
at the library, mailed to the library, or paid online
with a credit/debit card at the library's website. The
library accepts personal checks for $5 or more, cash,
amd money orders. Credit/debit payments incur a $1 processing
fee.
ADDITIONAL: Printed circulation information
will be provided upon request. Ultimately this information
will be available at the library's Web site.
